Last weeks challenge was to replace your bad snacks with good snacks. (Carrots, apples, celery, etc.)

Waist: 36 in. I've lost 1 inch since starting! Woo hoo! :)
This weeks challenge is:
Eat breakfast. Choose healthy options like oatmeal or fruit. Also only eat the "good stuff" once a week...meaning not eating bacon and eggs with sausage or doughnuts every day.
I usually only have a bowl of cereal or just little munches of what Hannah is eating. So, I will try to eat healthy well-rounded breakfasts with fruit, yogurt, granola, oatmeal etc. I tend to prefer that type of food over eggs and bacon anyway.
So... fruit huh? Anyone up for a week of smoothies for breakfast?

and there's always GREEN SMOOTHIES...which my Mom introduced me to this summer, they are actually not bad, if you get the right concoction going. My whole family was drinking them most mornings! How healthy! ;) I know someone out there (you know who you are) that calls green smoothies "Shrek Ice Cream"---now there's a great way to get your kids to eat their greens!
Healthy smoothies = a healthy smooth bod! Yow!
