biggest loser {week three and four}.

My computer was in for repairs this past week so I'm sorry that I did not get last weeks Biggest Loser up!  Here is my results for the past weeks:

Week 2's challenge was to watch what you are drinking. Cut in half the amount of soda and juice you drink. (if you can't stop altogether).  Increase how much water you are drinking. Decrease or stop alcohol and coffee (and stop cream and sugar in your coffee).

I did fairly well, but still did not drink the "recommended" amount each day.  This week I got better at this and have been drinking close to the recommended amounts.

I lost, but was back to my starting weight, which was 
The challenge for week 3 was: Do not eat after 7 pm.

I did well at this, it was not as hard as I thought it was going to be.  Maybe over the next few weeks it will get harder, those 9 PM sweets cravings always hit me when we are watching movies!  I did slip one night, but it was justified in that it was a girl's night out! :)

I lost 6/10ths of a lb!  Woohoo!  Ha ha!  I weighed in at 

The challenge for week 4 is...

Replace your bad snacks with good snacks. (Carrots, apples, celery, etc.)

strong will power!!! that's great that you've lost .6 lbs! keep at it and i'm sure the lbs will just melt away! good luck with the next weeks ahead! :)

you know what, as far as I'm concerned, I don't think you need to lose more weight than that! really! you look great laura, so stay that way! =)

Good luck this week! I justify myself in eating a whole box of wheat thins because it's better than a bag of chips. Does that count? ;)

Doing great!!! Every little bit helps. If nothing else you are going to get healthier. I really noticed it in my clothes vs my weight, maybe you'll be the same way?!?!
