biggest loser {week seven}.

Last weeks challenge was to eat low cholesterol and low calorie snacks.

I weighed in at:
133 lbs!

Yes!  Good results make me feel nice.
The challenge for week 7... Grill or bake it, don't fry it!!

I wonder if a crockpot counts?
